HR Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage HR operations, support recruitment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

• Coordinate payroll and employee records

• Handle employee relations and HR operations

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law

• Support overall HR administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

• 7–10 years of HR experience (construction sector preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law

• Fluent in English (mandatory)
