Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to successful handover, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from planning to completion

Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting

Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained

Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and site teams

Resolve project issues and ensure timely decision-making
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, including managerial roles

Strong experience in infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, concrete, earthworks)

PMP certification preferred

Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
