Job Summary
Provide technical support for construction projects through the preparation, review, and coordination of shop drawings, material submittals, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical office activities for construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and quantity take-off tools.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submittals.
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist in preparing BOQs.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
- Review project drawings and identify discrepancies or clashes.
- Prepare RFIs, technical reports, and project documentation.
- Support procurement activities by providing technical specifications and material requirements.
- Monitor and maintain records of technical submissions and approvals.
