Job Summary

Manage and oversee all technical office activities, ensuring the timely preparation and coordination of engineering documents, shop drawings, material submittals, and project reports. Provide technical support to project teams and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in construction projects, including technical office functions.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical office team and assign work priorities.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams regarding technical matters.
  • Monitor project progress and provide technical support during execution.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
  • Review quantity take-offs, variation orders, and technical reports.
  • Support planning, procurement, and construction departments with technical information.

Maintain proper documentation and records for all technical submissions.
