- Experienced in managing construction projects from mobilization through completion and handover.
- Strong background in project planning, execution, cost control, and resource management.
- Experienced in coordinating with clients, consultants, EPCM contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Proven ability to deliver projects while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in construction/project management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, mining, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, contracts, cost control, risk management, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent English communication, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall project execution, ensuring compliance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and HSE requirements.
- Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, milestones, resources, and progress to achieve timely completion.
- Coordinate with Client, Consultant/EPCM, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve project issues.
- Monitor project costs, variations, payments, procurement, and commercial performance.
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC, HSE, environmental, and contractual requirements throughout the project.
- Prepare and review progress reports, project KPIs, risk registers, forecasts, and management reports, and lead corrective actions when required.
- Monitor and verify compliance of subcontractors, workers, equipment, and work activities with HSE requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, statistics, inspections, observations, and action-tracking records, and support continuous improvement.
