Darkstone Arabia Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, executing, and overseeing mechanical/electrical construction and maintenance projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinating with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution across multiple sites.
- Managing procurement activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance to avoid delays.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including IPCs, Variation Orders (VOs), progress reports, and manpower/resource distribution plans.
- Monitoring project financials, including invoicing status, expenses, and margins, and reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and quality requirements on all project sites.
- Leading site teams and coordinating with department managers to resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Managing client relationships and representing the company in project meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Ensuring timely close-out of projects, including completion certificates and final documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- PMP certification required
- Minimum 12 years of experience in construction and maintenance sectors
- Strong experience in industrial plants
- Strong coordination and communication skills
