Job Summary
Monitor and measure construction works at site, prepare quantity calculations, and support cost control activities. Ensure accurate valuation of completed work and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 5years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying tools.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Measure and verify completed works at site.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and quantity reconciliation reports.
- Monitor material consumption and project quantities.
- Assist in the preparation of interim payment applications and subcontractor valuations.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and additional work.
- Coordinate with site engineers, technical office staff, and subcontractors.
- Maintain records of quantities, progress, and site measurements.
- Support cost control and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
